Advent activities We made an Advent calendar to count down to Christmas. Every day, we read a bible verse, telling us a little bit more of the Christmas story. We get chocolate too! Working together, we had fun making our Advent wreath. We learned that Advent marks the Church’s new year. As the first candle is for Hope, we have been thinking about our hopes this Advent.
