Good morning Leopards, Why do we call it April Fool's day? When did it start? WARNING! If  you're going to play a trick on someone, make sure you do it before 12 noon, else the joke is on YOU!     Let me know if you managed to fool anyone today. Have a great day. Stay safe and keep in touch. Mr Handley

Tuesday's teatime update

Image
Hello everyone, I hope you are all well and safe . Lovely to hear from you today. Natalie cooked  cheesy potato skins    for tea tonight. They look yummy. What is everyone else having for tea? She also made a table to record which toppings had been ordered!  This looks very organised Natalie. Well done. Great to hear from Carmel today. She sent me this picture of the rainforest. How did you all get on with last week's  inquiry? What is the contribution of the rainforest to the products that we use in our everyday lives? Which products did you find out about? How did you present your work? Jonny presented his research using a Rainforest powerpoint.  Click to watch it - It's best in full screen.  Great job  Jonny . Times Tables Rockstars - Studio At least 3 sessions were completed today by  Annie      Natalie     Harriet      Jonny In the last 7 days,   Iyla,  Jonny, Annie and  Harriet have all achieved their highest score.

Good morning Leopards, I hope that you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the extra hour in bed on Sunday morning! I am delighted to see  more super work coming through from the  amazing, hard-working Leopards. Estella and Robert worked together to built this amazing den, complete with slate roof!   What super teamwork! It looks very sturdy and even if the weather changes, you should keep dry in there. Well done to Jonny for a super powerpoint about the rainforest. You've done a  lot of work Jonny and presented it excellently.  Jonny and Oscar making the most of the sunshine and enjoying some exercise near home. Keep up the great work Leopards. I'm looking forward to seeing what you achieve today. Mrs Williams

Thank you to those of you who have sent me photos. It's great to see how busy you have been.  WOW Annie -   As well as her writing task and usual school work, Annie has also completed her weekly dance class, but online with her whole class using Zoom.  I wish I was as flexible as you!   Very impressive!   How lovely of you to send us a video of you in action.  (I am rather impressed with myself that I've been able to upload it !) Click on it twice to watch Annie in action. Super effort with   today's writing task  - improving a section of your writing    Estella.  Accurate grammar, spelling and punctuation and beautifully presented. Impressive.  Great job Estella.   I can see that you are completing the Times Tables Rock stars challenge I have set (and more) every day. Well done to Iyla who is currently top of the Leopards leader board. I can see that Natalie, Jonny, Annie, Carmel, Alex and Tommy have also done some TT Ro
