Leopards@taddy

This afternoon we were lucky enough to have some special visitors from High Peak School and Sport Partnership.  They delivered the Leopards and Giraffes along with some children from Peak Dale with a cross country event.  The children participated in cross country running along with other activities such as football skills and tri-golf.  The children really did make it a great competition and encouraged eachother throughout the afternoon.  Well done to those individuals who won themselves a medal! 🥇 

This afternoon in Science, we were investigating the different types of roots.  We looked at taproots and fibrous roots. We focussed on the structures and features. We compared and observed their features including the xylem using microscopes.
