Map quest

 We had a fantastic afternoon completing our Map quest challenge. The children were in teams of 3 or 4 players. They were given a map and score card and instructions for how to complete the challenge; use the map to find the flags and then punch a special code into the score card for each flag. There was a time limit for the challenge and the teams that completed in the quickest time with the most answers correct scored the highest points. 

The Leopards really well and everybody worked brilliantly in their teams!

 To finish the year, the children made bow and arrows, boats, dens, whittled sticks for part of their role play and made swings . I loved this session- the children came up with wonderful ideas, thinking about all the things they'd done over the year.  Thank you all for making our Forest schools sessions so special, I can't wait for next year with you all!

Hi Leopards, It was great to chat to some of you yesterday and find out what you have been up to.
