Jonathan Swift’s Gulliver

 An exciting first day back for leopards! We started our new book Jonathan Swift’s Gulliver. In this book we will be exploring Gullivers extraordinary voyages! 

Today we started by comparing Gullivers map to a map that we would use today! The children noticed many places were missing and recognised other places that we hadn’t heard of!

 To finish the year, the children made bow and arrows, boats, dens, whittled sticks for part of their role play and made swings . Hi Leopards, It was great to chat to some of you yesterday and find out what you have been up to. Good Morning Leopards, I had a very busy day yesterday as it was my daughter's birthday. This lockdown makes every day seem the same, so we tried to make it as special as we could for her. Although she was missing her friends, she still had a lovely day. We went bowling (on the Wii), had a slap up meal in a posh burger restaurant (our kitchen) and had a cinema experience (film and popcorn). Life is a bit tricky at the moment, but we can still make some special memories. Here's a picture of her cake - it was yummy!
