Heartsmart - Guard Your Heart ❤️

Today in Heartsmart, we looked at guarding our hearts. Our hearts produce kindness, good decisions, good thoughts, power, confidence and peace. We need to look after them!

I’m order to understand this concept, we played a game. The children each had a heart taped to their back. The aim was to guard their own heart whilst trying to collect the other  children’s hearts. The children who collected the most often lost their heart and the children who had their heart hadn’t collect many, if any at all. 

I then reminded the children the aim of the game was to ‘guard your heart’ ❤️

Hi Leopards, It was great to chat to some of you yesterday and find out what you have been up to.
