Heartsmart: Wear it With Pride

 In this weeks lesson of Heartsmart, we focussed on the definition of encouragement. We discussed that encouraging others is like putting the courage in them. 

One way of encouraging is to day encouraging things about others. The children were each given 5 post-it notes and asked to write and encouragement for different people in the class. They then had to stick their post-it note to the child that their comment related too. 

We then had a group discussion about how the words of encouragement made us feel.
