Eco warriors

This afternoon the Leopards decided they wanted to help our local environment by picking up litter. We started in our school grounds and then headed off into the village. They were spotted by members of the church, who were very grateful and praised the children for their efforts. By the end of the afternoon the winning group managed to collect 2 bin bags full of rubbish, which included parts of a car! Well done Leopards, what a difference you have made.

Last Forest schools of the year

 To finish the year, the children made bow and arrows, boats, dens, whittled sticks for part of their role play and made swings . I loved this session- the children came up with wonderful ideas, thinking about all the things they'd done over the year.  Thank you all for making our Forest schools sessions so special, I can't wait for next year with you all!
