Harvest festival

Our harvest festival took place in Church on Wednesday this week and was well- attended by parents, carers and friends. We were also thrilled that The Reverend Adele Barker, who is the new Priest in Charge at Taddington was able to join us..

Giraffes led the service and they all read beautifully. Our theme was how those of us with plenty should help those in need.

In the Bible story, Boaz had a plentiful harvest so he was able to give some to those in need. Doing the same today, our infants made up harvest food boxes and delivered them to people in the village.

Leopards Harvest poem was read very confidently and clearly and infants and juniors all contributed to the prayers.
