Exploring landscapes 🏞️

This afternoon, year 3 and 4 started their new art topic ‘Vista’. 

The children made their own viewfinder tool which artist often use to frame a view they wish to sketch. 

We spent the afternoon outside, exploring interesting or unusual perspectives for a landscape we could produce.

 To finish the year, the children made bow and arrows, boats, dens, whittled sticks for part of their role play and made swings . I loved this session- the children came up with wonderful ideas, thinking about all the things they'd done over the year.  Thank you all for making our Forest schools sessions so special, I can't wait for next year with you all!

Hi Leopards, It was great to chat to some of you yesterday and find out what you have been up to.
